[Spoilers!] Where to find a certain Lich in Chapter 5?
Spoilers starting now:

I've chosen to fight Zacharius after becoming a Lich myself, and he destroyed my phylactery.

The Pillar then gave me the quest to find Zacharius and repay the favor, but I can't for the life of me find him anywhere... I've conquered all areas, unveiled the entire map but I have zero clue where to go, as there is no exclamation mark at any location...

So, any of you guys know where to go?

I even used Toybox to ramp up Perception, but I cannot find anything on the map related to this Mythic Quest. =(

IIRC that was about finding his phylactery, not Zacharius himself since he hasn't recovered from the trashing you gave him. His phylactery (the wand) should be hidden in the Ziggurat's basement level, behind a massive perception check.
If you keep an eye on the log and notice a failed perception check, just reload. It was a pretty high one like 45 or so.

Found it... but yet another bug... the quest doesn't update, no matter if I destroy it or keep it intact, the quest remains at "You need to find the phylactery". -.-

Yeah this happened for me too, I did an Azata playthrough before Lich and it was not nearly as buggy. hopefully Lich gets fixed soon cause it has alot of stuff that doesnt function properly
