Bug? Mark of Justice

When Seelah places Mark of Justice on an enemy she doesn't benefit from it when attacking that enemy. The debuff is visible on the enemy and the attack bonus is showing for the attacks of other party members. Smite Evil works for her of course, but I thought in PnP at least you count as an ally of yourself for these purposes (e.g. many spells).

Is that how Mark of Justice is supposed to be working? If it's a bug, is it affecting only this ability or does it affect other "all allies" abilities more generally?

I just noticed that too. All Allies benefited from mark of justice except Seelah.
