Other ways to increase it is putting points into Wisdom, or leveling a class with high will, but I wouldn't recommend these options if they go against your build.
Then there's Mindblank, which is one of the best spells in the game considering how many will saves you will be throwing in this game, that just gives you +8 to will saves, but I'm not sure if that effects dialogue will saves. It probably doesn't.
I am curious how much wisdom you need to get a 50% success chance in that dialogue.
If we'r talking about that dialogue in the Abyss - you will need to pass 3 checks. 2nd and 3rd will be harder than 1st. So "roll only 20" won't help you. You need to prebuff yourself also and equip items that give you more Wis saves and that +8 vs mind effects buff for sure. +Bless +Oracles/palladins/clerics buffs.
Being able to use enchantments depends on your party composition, but typically a party will have someone who can cast some kind of spells, and some of those spells improve will saves. It might be a bit late to make adjustments in this department, but just as general advice for future playthroughs: you ought to have some ability to cast spells or at least use scrolls. If you can do that, then seek out and buy as necessary the appropriate spells or scrolls that will provide the boost(s) that you need.
This is good advice - and there are more than just two feats that can apply in this situation, but it might be a bit late to make adjustments to your character's build.
Retraining is probably not a good idea. Fortunately, Bestow Grace is not limited to affecting the caster, which means that you don't need your main character to be a paladin... you just need a paladin in your party (one that can cast that spell, obviously).
Also note that you can save before the dialog and then reload and keep trying until you pass it - so you don't necessarily need to get a +27 on your will save. Obviously, the higher you can get it the better, but even a +8 will get you there eventually if you are willing to save scum to get the result that you want. (I assume that you are, since you didn't accept your failure and are looking for ways to beat it.)
