where are the helmets?

this may be a stupid question, but are there any?

Im fond of those cool looking helms where u can't see the face and used some sweet portraits for 2 characters in my party that show those.....but I havent seen a single one.

the only exception is like one time some guys were dropping helms, but they were the really simple open faced ones.

you can definitely find some but like in kingmaker they are really bad
the first full helmet you can get offered something like 1 additional ac

I really wish they'd implament proper helmets; how many of use enjoy looking at our character's unprotected head the whole game; in a game where there are plenty of demons going about protecting your head should be a VERY important thing just look at what happened to Terendelev, no head protection you get your head lopped off by an Arch-Demon Lord

There are good helmets (+4 *profane* Str bonus, +3 Untyped AC, for example) but the +mental stat circlets are far more common.

There are some helmets for sale at the Hellknight outpost once you complete Regill's quest.

To be fair, I doubt any amount of head protection is going to help when a Demon Lord takes a swipe at your neck with his overpowered scythe.

I'm more surprised that Seelah doesn't come with a helmet equipped given her backstory.

Nah, they still are.

I found 12-15 full cover helmets. Some were garbage, or didnt even have stats (like the Hellknight helmet) but they were there. I found 3 sets of boots the entire game.

yeah you right, i forgot the total useless ones completely

there are like five full cover helmets that can be used for a full martial character if you don't need additional intelligence, wisdom or charisma

strange that even armor on head get outclassed that bad
