Where is the custom portrait folder for Steam?

In game it gives you a pathway, but halfway through the folders don't exist like it says. Where is the custom portrait folder for having downloaded this via steam?

When you select a custom portrait in game you can click a button that says something like "open custom portrait folder", and it'll open the folder.

The custom portrait folder is in:
AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous
Appdata is in your users folder. You can't see it due to your windows settings. It is still there, just not visible.
You can go directly to the appdata folder by pressing the magnifying glass in bottom left of your screen and typing %AppData%
