What does "after drezen" mean.
It has a red exclam so it means that if I go to the fortress thing to end the chapter i'll lose the quest right?
I'm assuming you haven't hit Drezen yet as part of the main storyline. That's the city to the north the Queen sends you to.
After Drezen means after you do that. Which will be Act 3. Don't worry about the marker. You can't complete the quest before you do Drezen.
That assumption should be correct.
"after Drezen" means after the siege of Drezen. So you are in the correct chapter already. It is as Cutlass Jack wrote: resolved by a random encounter. Aka you travel on the worldmap, and eventually the event happens.
For me it happened when I was exploring the southern parts of the map. Randomly.
I have understood original poster has already conquered Drezen. Since I do not recall that quest having a red marker in Act 1+2. Am I mistaken?
The red exclamation point is not entirely accurate for that quest; it should resolve as a random encounter sometime in Act 3, after taking Drezen but before "On the Cusp of the Abyss".
It's bugged; it has a red exclamation point as early as Act 1, for some reason.
Not for me. That is why I am confused. Currently I am shortly after conquering Drezen in my playthrough. The Outcast is currently not having any marker for me.
