moreover - in my +10 bonus damage it lists +5 from strength and +3 from enhancement - so how does that add up to 10?
Then on arushalae who has a plain +3 composite, which is supposedly 1d8 base - her damage stat text also has 2d6 as the base stat, not 1d8.
It just seems like so much of the item text is simply not implemented as written
This isn't an item text problem as such. Eye for an Eye just seems to have its damage packet separate. You'll see two numbers iirc. The 2d6 is from Lann's zen archery - he replaces the bow's damage dice with his unarmed strike damage.
Lann also gets Weapon Specialization for free for +2 damage
Does she have a size bonus active like Hurricane Bow? That will upgrade a 1d8 to a 2d6.
Item text can't account for class features.
The 2d6 base damage for Lann requires 12 levels of monk (and less than 16). If he's not within that range, it's either a bug or something else. I doubt a level 12 Lann would still be using that bow, but maybe??
edit:
Note to self - try to remember to look at the date of the post prior to the most recent one. :)
