Doing so makes her leave and she gives you a pretty strong shortsword (for your level).
If you fail to cinvince her/antagonize her, she just leaves.
In both cases you can encounter her later on in the game and depending on how you treated her, things may end up differently.
If you convince her with arguements and do so again in the later encounter, she helps you defeat a bunch of demons and gives access to a nice buff for your strategic gameplay.
If you just piss her off, she's not going to help you later and in fact fights with/for the demons against you.
pretty sure there were consequences in Act 5 with her.... depending on how you answer her and if you fail or not...
I put this here mainly because the gloves are a pretty strong early game items and i think most players missed them because they are hidden behind a failed skill check, which is rare in this game :-)
As stated, she's only got the two interactions, but if you impress her in the first, you'll have a few more options in the second, most of which cause her to leave without fighting you. If you manage to impress her both times, she gives you a good buff project for your generals in Crusade Mode.
