only daeran proposed the logical option
a parade for me and F the queen!
Lady Konomi was all about to suck up this stinky useless idiotic queen and threaten me with consequences.

are there actually any?
it took me lots of hours to finish the bugged Drezen fight and no, no one but me will get the recognition for it!

There doesn't seem to be any, it's just you get different options down the road. Your stance towards Konomi (who represents the capital & the queen), especially in the last act regarding a certain request from her, determines a snippet in the ending about Drezen's fate. So I'd say go with what you feel best.

No there's no option to execute the fox, not that I encountered anyways. Still, she's just a tool, the queen is the one using that tool so Konomi is inconsequential in the grand scope of things.
However, without spoiling much, all I can say is that you will get your chance for a catharsis about this whole deal with konomi and the queen.

i think you can later banish Konomi out of your city. i didnt do it but it was an option i think

After deciding this event, a decree related to your choice will show up. Any decree that isn’t what Konomi wanted results in a finance point or material point penalty for 30 days if I recall

The consequence is in the end you get a decree to declare independance.

Agreeing with the smart fox lady on every occasion results in the best diplomacy ending.

Basically, you can do whatever you want with her advice during councils (personally, I just loved infuriating her with my decisions), though beware that at one point in Act V, you can tell her to ♥♥♥♥ off for good, which will result in you not being able to max out crusade stats - if that is a concern to you.
It will affect ending slides somewhat, but it won't tank your crusade or anything, so there's no need to worry about that.
