Mythic Paths and which is the best for you regardless of alignment
I'd like to ask an honest question regarding mythic paths: what is best one to play without having to conform to any alignment; granted now I use Toybox (Bag of Tricks for WOTR) and will block my alignment shifts if I have to just to keep that aligment if it is required: but what path is best for everyone all around, for someone new to the game to a veteran player wanting to play a more relaxed run that is the question I ask to you my fellow Pathfinder players? Which Mythic is best for you regardless of your skill or preffered difficulty?

tried azata/demon/trickster.

having the best time with trickster cos of how much survivability it gives your MC.

beard/microscopic proportions skyrockets your AC up to 60+ late game even when you're almost fully specced into damage.
Holy molly well that may up my Trickster playthrough to priority; also the class brings ALOT of comedy because of how fun these jokes are

It all depends on your playstyle. If you trend towards being a "nice person" player, pick Angel or Azata.

Angel: Lawful Good, Neutral Good, Lawful Neutral, Neutral

Azata: Chaotic Good, Neutral Good, Chaotic Neutral, Neutral

If you trend towards "jerk" try Demon, as there's still a bit of flexibility (you can be Neutral / Chaotic Neutral).

Demon: Chaotic Evil, Neutral Evil, Chaotic Neutral, Neutral

I don't know the best answer path wise, but I do know which alignments are best for relaxed alignment choices in any DnD game:

Chaotic Neutral (Trickster path alignment) and Neutral Good ( A Late Game Path). These guys can basically rationalize any of their actions. Neutral Good only has issues with evil deeds but Chaotic Neutral is basically your conflicted/anti-establishment hero in every action/superhero movie. They can do really bad things one moment. Then do something really selflessly good the next. Then follow orders like a lawful good cop (or neutral or evil) the next. The only character archetype/personality for Chaotic Neutral that can't do this really is the rebel with/without a cause, because they're defined by hate order/structure/law.

So honestly the same thing can be applied to Trickster Path most likely, save for a handful of "must choose this trickster chaotic option to proceed with path." You get to choose whatever you feel like alignment wise as long as you nullify too many lawful choices with chaotic ones (which are usually more fun/entertaining/beneficial anyways).

I know that when I play Chaotic Neutral I feel the least regret for any of my actions. They're the best all around pragmatists.

Lich is very fun, both in terms of the power fantasy (you can revive some pretty nice enemies and make them into your allies) and the world reaction, you really feel like a lord/lady of the dead and you feel powerful. Not to mention something ONLY the lich can do at the very end of the game.

Hard to say. There are some insanely powerful synergies, so it depends on what kind of character you want to build.

For instance, Angel and Lich allow you to merge their mythic spells into the spellbook a full divine caster or arcane caster, respectively, while adding your mythic rank to your caster level. This leads to you having 6th level spells at level 9, and so on. For example, my Lich, in act 4, is level 14 and is CL 19. Meaning she already has access to 9th level spells.

Not to mention that Lich has two incredibly powerful spells that do unaspected damage and avoids SR. (Exsanguinate and Feast of Blood.) Those two spells alone have made my Lich unstoppable.

So, if you're playing an arcane caster, I recommend Lich. Super heavily.

I have also played a bit of Aeon, a lot of Trickster, and a bit of Demon. Demon is great for frontline martial characters, Trickster is good for rogues, bards, and anyone with a lot of skill points, and Aeon is good for... inquisitors, I guess? I don't recommend Aeon, I can see how good it gets once you get a few ranks, but it starts off really weak.

TL;DR- It's mostly based on what you want your character to be, if you're going for raw power. Some mythic paths synergize better with some classes than others.
I'm glad to here your opinions on this; its a very interesting subject and this was one of the big draws to me for the game and that being that you could ultimately conform to your alignment and architype to get a major reward out of it; in Kingmaker my biggest gripe with the alignment system was the way it gated some of the decisions which is why I use Bag of Tricks to ignore that, your alignment shouldn't restrict your actions you should have total freedom as a player to make your choices and let the cards fall where they will I'm ok for the most part with Mythic decisions (Bar Staunton as I think an Azata should be able to redeem him along with the Aeon the Lich option is fine with me because lets be honest he'll never cause trouble again as an undead wight bound to your will) being locked to a specific path mainly because you have to be that specific class to have power needed for that choice to be made, but other choices shouldn't be alignment gated they should completely up to player choice as it allows them to flow along the path they want to take without having to be 100% commited to one specific alignment.
