(Spoiler) Quest: Where's My Dragon.
For this quest, anyone know if I miss anything important in the Azata path if I don't do the fight against all the slavers?

Or is there some special strategy I`m not seeing for that fight? I`d like to do it, but I get wiped out in a round and a half without even killing a single enemy. I never had serious problem with combat before (I'm Lv14 on Normal). I already rescued the gladiators and Aasimar slaves, so maybe they would have been supposed to help me.

No you won't miss anything crucial.
Just make sure you get the pet dragon back, that's enough.

The special strategy to make the fight possible to win, kill one by one slave trader before going to get the dragon. Because if you didn't cull them they all aggro on you and then you're history.

Slaves you saved are supposed to help you and will help you later, just not in this fight.

I beat the fight on Daring by just pre-casting haste and running across the market like a crazy person over to the moving island. Make sure to turn off their AI so they don't act like complete fools and run back into combat. The mobs should reset and cause you to leave combat. Quicksave here, and lure them in one by one, killing them slowly. Quicksave after every kill. Takes a while, but it works.

Note that this method can also cause the mobs to glitch through the floor and permanently put you in combat, preventing you from doing anything or leaving. Hence the quicksave spam.

Thank you both for the tips. I beat it earlier by turning down the difficulty just for this fight. Never had to do that, but Aivu really wanted to kill those guys. I'll try those tips on my next playthrough. I never thought of culling them before hand; I assumed they would all become hostile.
