Report a translation problem
1) If you are blinded, True Sight does nothing, but Thoughtsense and Blindsense works.
2) True Sight does not work on non-magical concealement. Like Blink or planar shifted (a most creatures in Kingmaker were planar shifted and that is why it did not work on them).
3) True Sight doesn't work on creatures using normal stealth, Thoughsense and Echolocation does ( but stealth isn't used much by enemies).
It was not blind and was not stealth.
If it is non-magic concealement, are there any counters?
Oh and Blink is only partialy affected by True Sight. It should lower it from 50% to 20% concealment.
Do those enemies have Blur, Displacement, Invisibility or Greater Invisibility? If yes then True Sight should work. If they do not have them it should not work on their concealment.
