How to use Witch familiar with touch spells?

I read somewhere that witch familiars can actually move around the battlefield by themselves and cast e.g. cure wounds by touching allies.
I have not found out how to do this in game, though. Was this only a thing in Pathfinder 1? It would seriously help me because touching to heal is a sure-fire way of getting Ember killed.

Sadly as far as I'm aware the familiar is just their stat bonuses in the video game, no way of using them to cast your spells through is implemented :(

Its something from other D&D games but not this one.

Have Ember pick up the 'Boundless Healing' mythic ability if you're worried about her getting killed by getting too close. All her heals will become ranged.

There's also a set of bracers from Daern's first personal quest that lets the wearer cast heals without getting attacks of opportunity.
