where to find all 4 masks for nenion companion quest

1 in ivory sanctum
1 in heart of mystery
1 in ineluctuble prison

where the last one?

1 in midnight fane in a secret compartment of the base of a statue. There are symbols on the wall. Don't remember the combination though.

wait ,donn't you have to do the 5 puzzle quests thingy?

The fourth is in Pulura's Fall. You have to solve the puzzle around the pool of water towards the back of the sanctuary.

It's Pulura's Falls. None of them are missable.

No. While both of them send you to the same Realm, you can do them in either order, or even ignore one entirely but do the other.

What/where are the clues to solve that puzzle?
Also I have pressed some of the "pieces" and they remain so. Can they be reset to try over?
