HOW do I get down off the mountain?!?!?!?!?

In what way? You can exit the area by going back to where you started once you're done. Otherwise, there's a secret path down to the base of the mountain if you go through the graveyard and pass a skill check.

There are athletics checks that will get you to the area down below. Try rotating the camera to see them better.

I can't find my way back to the start.

How is that even possible. When you are at the location where you fight the boss, you just need to click on the starting location on the map - the characters are supposed to find the way on their own without actual thinking.

I have no idea. I ended up at the bottom of the map to the right of the start. But I found it....finally.

I have no idea. I ended up at the bottom of the map to the right of the start. But I found it....finally.

Curious. You probably must have descended on the optional path by mistake or closed a door or something like that missing. At least we can be glad you are not actually stuck.

I found my way. Some parts of this game are VERY counter intuitive.
