Full attack with a dueling sword?
So there is a skill - Defensive parry. It requires to perform a full attack with a dueling sword. How to do that? Is there a specific button I need to press? Playing turn-based with a dueling sword and empty off-hand. Even if I don't move, left-clicking perfoms regular attack, not the full version. Level 3 currently, just unlocked the skill.

Full attack can be performed when u start your turn near the enemy (or 5 feet away from him). You use all your BAB (basic attack bonus) to attack enemy. You get 1 attack for 5 BAB, so if you're a martial class (fighter, barb, pala, etc) you get +1 to BAB on each lvl up. For example, if u have 17 BAB, u'll make 4 attacks, first one with +17 to hit (counting only BAB), second - +12, third - +7, and fourth with +2.

At level 3 you will only have 1 attack so I think TB defaults to a standard action. You might be able to get around that by making a 5-foot move first, also there’s an unbound setting in controls “select action” or something like that which might help you activate it.

This "select action" actually does allow to select between full and standard action with other characters, but not with the dueling sword. Seems like full action with single dueling sword is simply impossible at that early level with just 1 attack. Strange, however, that the skill itself unlocks at level 3.
Thank you anyway! Now at least I am pretty much sure this is just the way it is and not me misunderstanding something.

The ability unlocking at level 3 is just because that's when you get it in tabletop. And in tabletop you can full attack when your BAB is too low to give iterative attacks, since that's as simple as telling the GM that that's what you're doing. So this was just a mistake in how Owlcat programmed in the full attack action when you don't have any additional attacks.

You need to not use up too much time before attacking. In particular hold shift before moving, that will prevent you moving too far to do a full attack.

The game will automatically do a full attack if you can.
