my entire game turned blue on me help! {SOLVED}

I dont know whats going on, i rested, and all of the sudden, the red and blue shades on my game have inverted themselves, my healing potions are blue, and my blur are red. i have attempted to revert video settings to default, even though i never adjusted them, and it wont even let me click the restore to default button, all of the color blind settings are at 0, just like my roomate, who plays this game, and his screen didnt do that.
has anyone else encountered this? when i took a screenshot in game, the screenshot came back properly colored, i have a picture of my monitor i took with my phone, idk whats up, its only in this game, and has made the game nearly unplayable, all of the suddon i end up drinking blur potions when i need healing, and sure, i could pay more attention and take my time... sure i could do that, but i would much rather prefer the game function properly.
any advice?
is there a way to add this screenshot and pic to this post or? hopefully i described it clearly enough lol

i have 9 hours clocked in the game. 4 of them are trying to figure out how to resolve this

ive updated drivers, turned all the graphics quality settings to lowest, and nothing, at that point its just blue and pixilated

i just updated my avatar to the pic i took with my phone so you can see what klind of color shifting im talking about lol

I don't know how to fix it since i have never seen that before... report it in game with Alt+B.

But for now, you might be able to change the colors to get something 'ok' ?

hmm, yeah.... i got a bug report in but the issue with that is my screenshots are coming back in proper color, which is the truly maddening part lol. the more i fudge with those bars the more wonky it gets, i appreciate you attempting to figfure this out with me but this is all the steps ive taken so far. i also reinstalled twice

there's something i havnt tried,
im not hopeful, though, the color shift happens before the main screen, the logos as they load up are even off color

Go to RegEdit, "HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > Owlcat Games > Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous" and delete that folder.
