Berenguer not showing up in Act 4.

I found Berenguer in Act 3, and he promised to meet me in Drezen. But couldn't find him anywhere in Drezen, and he doesn't show up in Act 4. So I can't get the key he's supposed to get me for the Echo's hideout.

Is there anything extra I should do to get him to join besides persuading him during the random encounter?

You don't need him. He offered to wander Alushynirra to help me by provoking the Echo, which I politely declined. I got into the lair without him afterwards, since Targona tracks it down.
