Where the f is the mage tower?
I need its exact location.. I looked everything in upper city. It does not show up. And yes I already did the rapture quest. Where on the map is it?

I may be wrong but I think south of House of Wicked Knowledge? It's like stairs leading up to a platform, it's pretty tough to miss.

There's a platform with a staircase wrapping about it and a small pedestal on it, i believe on the same island as Rupture of Rapture(been a few days since i was in Act 4, so not 100% sure), go up the stairs, click the crystal thingy, summons lift to tower.
