Still unable to upgrade Outposts

So I've had the bug where I cannot upgrade my outposts for the longest time. I'm now in Chapter 5 and I still can't upgrade my outposts despite doing the decrees for them. Can we please get a fix on this?

I only just encountered this bug. So I believe it has something to do with the last patch or the one before.

Go to your map > then on right side of your screen where you have events/deggre/economy blablabla GO TO "MAP" now u can select outpost and upgrade it. Its limitited so u can't upgrade everything.

I tried that Nah_, but sadly the upgrade button isn't there at all.

I have been able to upgrade them but you have to do it immediately and you have to do it to the first outpost you click on, otherwise you will lose the option. I've upgrade 2 successfully. Also, you'll need to load a save from before the project finishes or you still won't get the option.

Thats a buggy mess, explains why I haven't been able to ugprade some places.

This bug happened to me on the 2nd outpost decree... I had to reload a previous save when this 2nd outpost decree was almost finished but not totally, so as to circumvent the issue by
letting the decree ends normally.
Only then did the game let me upgrage through Map -> Manage -> Upgrade, otherwise the red '!' would have been missing.

This happened to me on both 2nd and 3rd outpost decrees. When the second didn't work and I was hours past when the decree happened (it finished while I was in the Ivory Sanctum so a few rests), I thought "ok if that one is missing I'll just do the third" but I completed that one and still don't have the option to upgrade anywhere and all my forts are at 4/4 buildings.
I just want to build a teleporter :(

Same here, except I couldn't not upgrade any outpost from the start. Hope this will be fixed soon

I really wish this would be fixed asap, or is a high priority one at least.

I have a Divine Hunter Merc in my group. And she can't cast any of her skills because her Wisdom stat gets too low, because of corruption. It's a long way from Drezen.

I encountered that bug on my last playthrough for the first time. It's very annoying. Do you know how hard (impossible) it is to raise logistics to max when you can't upgrade any outposts ever again?

Guys, I can't see this issue in their list, have you submitted a bug report by pressing Alt+B in-game ? Let's all do that, hopefully it will increase the visibility of that glitch.

Someone hint me that the decress are possibly tied to the leadership stat.

But my leadership is at stage 3 or 4 iirc. And in my other playtroughs, wich are not as far in the story have no issues with this. Can anybody confirm such a restriction ?

My Leadership stat was stuck at stage 2, with 50'000/35'000 points, they fixed that now, but I think it doesn't recognise it for decrees and stuff. Just a minor theory.

The fort upgrades are definitely bugged atm. I have encountered it a few times now when I can't upgrade a fort even thou I have the decree for an upgrade done and the card for it is just standing there on the right side of the management screen.

From what I have now been testing out I think I know at least one reason why it bugs out.
Reason for it is loading your game while the upgrade has been finished and not used on any fort yet.
No matter what save of mine I loaded I couldn't do the upgrade while the research had been done. So I instead loaded a save from further back when the research still had a few days to complete and when it did I could immediately upgrade any fort that had the required buildings needed.

I realized this in Act 5 when I was doing some quest for Hilor and was quicksaving/quickloading to see different outcomes to his quest and during this time I had a bastion upgrade finished waiting to be used. When I went to do the upgrade I couldn't.

So basically when you do the bastion upgrades atm don't finish them if you are not going to use them immediately. Better wait to do them when you need them and got the time to just wait the research out imo.

Yeah - this was an annoying bug. Not sure if it's fixed, but in my game my party needed to be "outside" when the upgrade event completes.

So follow the advice people already provided: go back to a save just before the upgrade event (or wait for the next upgrade event), advance day, then immediately select the village you want to upgrade and do so.
