Demons = Chaotic forces of murderous or torturous nature. Might makes right kind of evil. They don't get you to agree, they just enslave or kill or torture you.
Both of the above are sort of immortal eternal things based on "hell."
The Lich is a mortal who does evil things to become undead. He often still resides on the mortal plane, never aging or dying, doing evil stuff. Archetype of an evil immortal wizard.
You can find information about the lore in detail and more here:

I like to simplify it with demons, daemons and devils being from three different planes, while lich are necromancers who became undead themself, originating from the mortal plane like Soft Lockpick mentioned it already.
Demons = Evil beings where "survival of the fittest" is what completely determines the hierarchy, they will scheme, slaughter, and backstab to get whatever THEY want and don't really give a ♥♥♥♥ as long as they get what they want.
Lich = an undead being, typically a spell caster in their mortal life but not always, that has undergone and performed evil rituals to remove their soul from their body and place it within an phylactery to ensure they don't die.
Allow me a succinct version for people with less attention spam:
Devils = you like pacts
Demons = you like blood and suffering
Lich = you like bones and not dying.
