Help finding a location

I'm pretty sure it was act 3 I went into a location from the world map that had bunch of dead crusaders and than there was one that looked like was wounded, once you get close to him he turns into a demon. It was too tough for my level so I decided to not fight it and go back, but I forgot where it was, can't seem to find it online anywhere was hoping someone might know where this was as I'd like to go back and fight it.

Reminds me of the Sinful Sinew on the Crimson Dust map. Somewhere in the south of the Worldwound.
