Abyss City
how are you meant to navigate this place? The shifting city is a fun idea but holy crap did they screw the pooch on implementation.

You only need to rotate your camere by pressing Q or E or via your mousewheel.

It is very annyoing though, constant microstuttering when a huge terrain shift occurs, etc.

My advise, get those shiny golden portal coins asap to avoid as much actual citytime as spossible.

you just click to move and they wait for your party 2 move, like in any other map ... how did you even get to this point if you don't know how to move ur characters ? maybe start new game fast and read the tutorials it might help .

there are also some walls that go up and down so sometimes you have 2 wait for them and some places like rooftops you can reach by teleporting with spells
Yeah, the buildings shift depending on the camera angle , once you're done with the main part of an area you get a coin to teleport to that area.

The shifting environments would be less of a hassle if the place weren't riddled quests that make you double/triple back through areas, or create arbitrary/broken circumstances that block D. Door. It definitely influenced my second playthrough tactic of "just kill every demon in sight." Great option for loot.

About the coins to activate the gates: how do I get the one for the Fleshmarket?

Because yes, other places in the game have a 'fun and new' way the terrain moves and requires you to move your camera to actually get anywhere or requires spellslots to move. Real helpful there buddy.

One of the slavetraders has one.
as long as you do not attack the slave trader in the middle (Sarkasys?) you can attack any other slaver, because the guards do not interfere. One of them has a coin

If you buy all slaves from any trader (apart from the floating eyeball man in the middle) they give you a coin each.

You can also just start killing the "smaller" Slavetraders to aqcuire their coins bevore moving onto the middle boss dude.
If you purchased slaves from any trader, the gold you payed for those slaves can be looted from their bodies.
