Is Rowdy's Vital Force bugged?
Vital Force applies 2d6 extra precision damage for each sneak attack you have when using vital strike. When fighting elementals i noticed that you can't sneak attack them because they are immune to precision damage. But for some reason Vital Force extra damage still applies to elementals. Is this is a bug or is there some other game mechanic here I am not aware of?

I think its working as designed. Sneak attacks are separate from the bonus damage on Vital Strikes. Meaning you can get both if you sneak attack with your vital strike on eligible targets.

Point is "Immunitiy:Percision damage" would also mean Immunity to that ^^

Yea the "immune to precision damage" on elementals is what is making me lean toward bugged part. But i am not sure. So i figured I should make the post to see if there is some kind of community consensus on the subject. I noticed this you tube video where streamer kind of goes back on forth on this subject too around 1:49 time stamp : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYKIkvI-OfE

Rowdy is a Owlcat Invention, so maybe they meant to give just Extra Damage on Sneak Attacks with Vital Strike but didnt know how to Properly Phrase that..... So that its got defined as "Percision Damage" could also just be an Error. If so the Phrasing is wrong and it works as Intendet.

Agreed that it being Owlcat invention means they could have meant anything for it. The weird part is, it's clearly not just added to sneak attacks and is acting like it's own damage source that always applies to vital strikes (even if you can't normally sneak attack target). The confusion is coming form Owlcat choosing to discribe it is precision damage, when it doesn't "act" as precision damage.

I guess i will submit a bug report next time i encounter some elementals in game and hopefully it will drive them to review this ability (although we may never know).

is it? that explains why it feels so OP, especially as a dip.
