Anyone else not getting the achievment after killing her in core difficulty?

How are you even killing her? I got her down to 0 hp before but she just disappears (no exp, no body)

Lann just did a crit damage on her last sliver of health and she died. Got a nice short sword from her, no achievements though unfortunately.

She is invisible but just disappears the first few times you fight her. She then appears in the fight with the father of worms and that is where you kill her. No achievement here on core for me either.

what father of worms? i killed her at the labyrinth boss fight.

She likely does it on any "boss" fight in the dungeon.

She ambushes you when you fight the Angel and you kill her and get the achiev. Fought her 2x before when she runs.

Father of worms is top left corner after some acrobatics checks and maybe a hidden door. I had already completed the place and later went back to hand in the sword to the ghost lady (had put it in stash after missing the top area). Perhaps she only appears when you have that sword and some form of see invisibility, otherwise just having true seeing active.

you need kill her faster... I do it on a unfair beta build.... so im sure you can do it....
