[Light Spoilers] Which quests gives mythic levels and what acts do they appear in? Are any missable?

Hi, I know of the secret ending with a time limit and requiring ML10 , but I'm unsure when exactly you get the mythic levels from level 4 and onward.
And if it is possible to miss any of them, i.e. optional quests.

Also as far as I can read, some quests are path specific, which Fool's King being an example of a trickster specific one. That means non-tricksters cannot get this quest?
Does anything have a list or something of which quests gives mythic levels, and what acts they are available in?

Act 1
Mythic level 1: The Burning City (unmissable)

Act 2:
Mythic level 2: A Strike from the Sky (unmissable)
Mythic level 3: Banner over the citadel (unmissable)

From what i know till level 9 you can't miss them [only if you don't do mythic "side" quest i guess]. Dosn't matter what you say in dialogs [even if you think, that by saying no to something some one is offering you]

But i have no idea when you hit level 10, i'am at the end of the game and i'am still level 9.

Act 3
Mythic 4 : "The Fool King (trickster) On the Cusp of the Abyss (after your mythic quest) i think they're unmissable as you need to do these quests to get to the next
act 4
Mythic 5: End of The Conquest of Alushinyrra iirc Unmissable for evil characters, i asume you get it same place for good characters.

I've been looking for the answer to this question too. At least, at what stage in each act do you hit them?

I'm currently mythic 6, got it when speaking with Noctila on act 4

I'm GUESSING I'll get mythic 7 during the final mission invading the island.

8 you get after doing the 1st main quest in act 5 [its fast tbh]
9 you get after doing mythic "side" quest in act 5

Edit: You go almost the whole act 4 w/o getting mythic levels and at the end of the act you get 2 levels in like 3h of gameplay. Its dumb imo

My breakdown looks like this:
MR 1: Gray Garrison, final encounter, level 5
MR 2: Lost Chapel, level 7
MR 3: unfurling the banner in Drezen, level 10
MR 4: in Areelu's lab, level 12
MR 5: after entering the Abyss, level 14
MR 6: after meeting Nocticula in her palace, level 16
MR 7: after the Baphomet fight, level 17
MR 8: after conquering Drezen again, level 17
MR 9: not yet there

Ok, if you lads want to know this/are still interested when you hit mythic level 10

You get mythic rank 10 before the final boss, around 10 mins before it. You need to do all your mythic quests to get it.
