Where is the angelbloom flower/crown in Iz for Gold Dragon mythich path quest?

I just cannot find the angelbloom flower or the angelbloom crown in Iz for "dragon's awakening", anyone knows where is it?

On the global map there's a meadow above IZ, this area should be visible for you if you have the quest for the flowers. You'll find the flowers there.

I see it on the map but i can't find the way to go there... Do I need to do the Queen quest in Iz before i can go to that place?

You have to take the long way around. Tip on the world map in general: If you don't know how to get somewhere, look at the cracks in the actual map, roads don't usually don't go over them (as they are huge cracks in the ground.)

Also, there is no crown, you just bring the flowers and the girl makes the crown or something
