Best companion, lore, story and personality wise?

Basically what is your companion tier list?

For me it would be

S = Regill
A = Lann, Daeran, Ember, Woljiff
B = Arueshalae, Greybor, Nenio
C = Camellia, Seelah
D = Wenduag
Not rated = Delamere, Staunton, Finnean

C- Arushalae, Seelah
D- He who was forgotten (Sosiel. Looking at you OP xD)
E- Camelia, Wenduag,
H- Nenio (Yes. I hate her that much. Or rather, I find her so boring and without any qualities, good or bad)

I get tha Nenio has a "special" personality, but imo her banter with all the bosses and selected NPCs make good enough comic relief to have her in the party for at least one playthrough.

Nenios quality is the fact that is quite the trickster :) . Made her arcane trickster for this reason she does pretty well as a caster like this .

I kept her as scroll savant for utility and Weird murdering. Also to cast restoration in case Sosiel got Wis drained again.

I love her dialogues with

Baphomet about why he is the father of Minotaurs even though he has a goat head and which cow demon is involved in it.

Or the masked guy on the flesh market when he tells her he will only give her his mask over his dead body and she just looks at you expectantly.

Or when she nerds out with a special NPC....

Idk, all the hate for Nenio cause shes totaly in her role is kind of funny.

S: Ember best Grill(ed Girl)
A: Regill, Daeran.
B: Arue. Shes playing the waifu-card a lil bit too hard imho.

B: Seelah, Daerun, Lann: there are aspects I like but sometimes you just wanna facepalm
C: Camellia, Wendaug: meh I enjoy killing them
D: Sosiel : what are you even doing?
F: Trevor seriously you're even worse then Sosiel!
Never allowed in my party after first playthrough: Nenio :owlcat delete this thing from existance please.

Current play though I went Lich - best party I have is:
S: Arueshalae - Murders everything at range
S: Graybor: Heavy armor/shield with shield bash to boot. Never dies, tanks, & murders.
A: Regill - Respec'ed him cheating wise as a 2h greatsword (swapped his gnome hammer feats)
A: Daeran - just pure oracle as a healer.
B: Lan - archer. Eh, monk archer is pretty ♥♥♥♥ BAB wise.

Do it again I would swap Lann out with Delamere (who I let die after I raised her.. because I was still toeing the 'good necromancer' line. Even the Q would be good, but that late in the game...

Necromancer is fun - especially if you don't go flat out LE at the start (will need to respec E at the end). Everyone is 'well I don't agree with your darkness.. but..." at the start. Even the Paladins turned around and let me lead them.

Soon as the Queen betrayed me to the Abyss.. time to reassess how far being 'good' gets you. I went flat out LE almost on the spot.

Good playthough - Arueshalae, Seelah, Hard to say the other two.. Nenio and Regil maybe? That's a lot of melee if I'm not going archer. Need a mage to cheese though some of these fights, Nenio fits the bill. Sosiel can be the cleric.

I want to like Ember, she can do a lot at an average level, but below average end game. Woljif falls in this same catagory.

A: Camellia - If it weren't for her sometimes annoying personality she would be at the top along with Arue
B: Wenduag - I love her bowing to the strong attitude, her submissive side is great
