But if there is a way to save her in Iz, I would also like to know, because without Irabeth I do not want to continue the game.
In my case It's Ciar who is bugged : He die in Iz (because I save Galfrey/Irabeth first), but still appear in Drezen and he is in the last campment before entering the Threshold.
EDIT : They might go to the Library/Temple because I gave Galfrey the first part of Areelu diary. Maybe they do not fight the Dragon (and risk their lives) because of it.
From what I'm told, keeping the title should ensure Irobeth isn't in Iz, and giving the queen the lexicon means she goes to the library instead of trying to fight the undead dragon, tho I can't confirm that. I just had to make the best of the worst possible scenario if so.
In my playthrough, Irabeth kept her title and was there with the queen. I "rescued" them both. (joined up with them to fight some guy)
After killing Deskari, it was the Queen that died though, and then Irabeth became all sad and mopey again.
Went back to the flag were Hulrun and all were waiting but no event. They died after killing Deskari.
Things I did that may have affected the outcome:
1) Showed disrespect to the moron we call a Queen at Iz
2) Rescued angels at Pulruns fall.
3) Broke wardstone
4) Legend Mythic
5) Warned Hulrun about the attack.
6) Failed "protect allies" in Act 3 underground once (I think I bugged cos i went there ASAP and there were no monsters)
7) Did not keep Commander title.
I had a success for my particular situation, this time I didn't tell Hulrun that it was all a trap so he left the area (and consequently survived), the camp was destroyed along with Ciar and the banner. However Irabeth, the queen, and all the stuff in the library survived. and best of all as a trickster I was able to replace the banner with my sock, full functionality and it looks amazing. So if you gave the queen the lexicon, Irabeth is her guard, and Hulrun is there, and you are a trickster just let the camp die, Ciar is not worth loosing Irabeth and banners can be replaced, sometimes if your character is into that sort of thing
