Retraining is all messed up
tried to retrain Daeran today.. lots of bugs

What kind of bugs? It should be clear with companions, so can you go into the details?

I didn't get any problem retraining my party. But I didn't have the stones to retrain my main character,yet.

picked combat casting feat at level 7 and it saved an empty feat slot instead

I made a thread about it earlier. Some feats don't stick on the character after levelling up.

It seems to be visual as far as I can tell by my personal observation. I wonder if its linked to auto-level up your companions. Would be good to know if you have it active when you started your adventure.

don't know if this matters but Daeran had the Triceratops statue usable item active when it happened

The feat bug happens on Wenduag and Daeran at the very least. I haven't tried other companions but I think it affects all respecs no matter what feats you pick and no matter what you're wearing.

It should not. But you can point to another bug with that.

What I can contribute to this thread is that there seems to be a level up visual bug when you have equipped an item which gives you a skill/spell.

And that those empty feat turns out also to be visual on the character sheet. I do not remember how I had it resolved since I was not bothered by it that much after noticing. But when it happened for me, I just continued playing and sometime later the feat was correctly shown.

It was only an issue during the level up. And I am suspecting it might have something to do with auto-level-up, but again: did not bother me enough to investigate.
