A Refuge from the Present
Is there any way to do this if you didn't find the Sarkorian Mines in a previous chapter? Apparently we need to go there, but I never got the original quest for some missing scouts - it's not listed in my journal either - and the location won't pop up.

use toybox mod, go to search n' pick section, go to global map locations, section none, location mineshaft14 click teleport.

Before going to location mineshaft14, complete the etude Talk_to_Seilkind. When you go to mineshaft14, you should see and talk to Seilkind in the northeast.
