Failing to Load after patch

So I took the update yesterday and everything was working fine, going through both crusader battles and normal quests with the team. Leveling and everything. Hitting damn near every possible scene change. But then in the afternoon, I went to take on a lvl 10 army in a keep/base (whatever) and loading from 1% to 100% took over 2 minutes and didn't get anywhere. Same happened when I attempted to get into the Lost Chapel. Super slow loading and no results after. Anyone else hitting this?

+! about lost chapel - story unskippable mission just crash a game. Today patch don't solve a problem too((((. Going another game.

+1 The Loading screen to whatever location on the Campain map is super slow and doesn't finish after hitting 100%. I killed a companion, right before the problems started.

I had the same problem after exiting Ivory Sanctum. After I started moving back to Drezen, the game started loading an unskippable even on the map, took 5 minutes to reach 100% and nothing happened.

And yes, I did indeed kill a party member NPC.

Killing a party member (or looting them after killing them) seems to cause this bug. I reloaded and killed the same companion but didn't loot them fully (left 2 potions that they had on their belt) and that worked.

Excellent, I was able to do some things AFTER that event happened, but now popped up later. Guess I'm stuck till a fix comes out.

My games are loading fine but yeah the spawn point is all messed up ever since i went in the buildings before the newest patch I would guess

Excellent, I was able to do some things AFTER that event happened, but now popped up later. Guess I'm stuck till a fix comes out.

Yeah. The only fix I'm aware of is to reload either before you kill a companion or to reload before you loot the last item on their bodies (like when you walk out of town and the missed items window pops up).

Toybox has a teleport to cursor option now. That might help you if you're spawning in the void.

Toybox has a teleport to cursor option now. That might help you if you're spawning in the void.

Trying to play the game without mods though, i don't use any to get achievements the legit way so hopefully they have a fix for this

Toybox also has an option to still fire achievements with mods ;)

Yeah i know, just doesn't seem right to do on your first playthrough atleast though

Just killed camellia and after that I could no longer load into any maps it would just get stuck at 100%. I during my testing I filled up all my autosaves and quick saves with saves after killing Camellia. So now Im stuck. Apparently it has something to do with looting their body after?

Yes. As long as you leave at least one item on their body after looting, the bug will not trigger.
