Blackwater how do you save Athara Vahns

How you can save this npc she stands near to some kinda machine with what you can interact and i passed arcana check awell but i cant do anything more except break it

Pretty sure she's too far gone. The machine can be used to create a psi-suppressing crown that lets you through some barriers, you can kill the boss of the place, take over everything, and she'll still be nigh-catatonic. The only mercy left is a sword to the heart here sadly.

Oh okay but how do i open all door in blackwater theres still some closed for me and theres 1 door with barier closed aswell and i have killed the boss aswell and activated the crown evil version

Most of the door in Blackwatter don't open even with special locks you will receive, the key from the most west room(where the fight the chief) or after you defeated Faces and decide the fate of machine. Use dimension door and Lann ki-step to get through the other side. Make sure to save and rest often. And make sure to remember most rooms with locked doors have hoards of enemies you will fight without full party and mostly with archer/mages/sorcs or even 1 character the one you used dimension door. All enemies in Blackwatter are tough even on Story Mode. In some locked rooms position your healers in nearby spaces that you can support with buffs , heals the people who fight the large room full of monsters. And remember for each locked room you need 2 dimension door spells(1 for entry ,1 to leave) and you cannot cast on others.
The scroll of mass dimension door(you receive 1 in the dungeon) for me was bugged and didn't work. Mass dimension door spell is also bugged and not working as well. Plan well and try to not die, get some party members stuck in locked rooms. Watch out for salamanders/other enemies that have regeneration(even if you bring them to 0 they would still not die and get up if they don't get hit with specific attack that ends their regeneration) if they brought and need electric damage to end them.
Also there are some controls for extra fun that are must need to activate and that can only be activated when you are in active combat.
If you kill the chief mercy kill her and don't spare her(because you won't be able to move forward in dungeon and get stuck being unable to not complete the quest and dungeon).

Incorrect. There is enough blowtorch fuel for every door accessed through that, the two purple barrier doors are crossed by crafting a helm of psionic protection from parts found around the complex, and the scanner doors are opened via the mid-boss lady's key.

That being said, you can just dimension door through closed ones if you would rather do that.

I didn't think about the crown. But there are plenty of the rooms that do not open by any means. The door at the bottom middle with a broken floor, the door leading with 3 chambers(1 with computer, 1 with fire pipe , poisonous gass that you can provoke a big explosion and the last chamber you can send the worker there) 2 doors there are not opened by any means that Ive found.

Bottom middle is accessed via the crown. Posion gas puzzle is accessed through blowtorch "lockpick".

You either need the numera key, the fire lockpick + fuel or the psionic circlet. You should be able to open every single door with those combined.
