Recruitable Companions - The hidden few.

So if memory serves - there are 16~22 companions according to owlcat.

1. Camellia - Auto
2. Seelah - Auto
3. Lann - Auto (Choice between him and Wenduag. Side with lann if you want both- Edit: ive been told Lann can be spared on an evil run where you side with wendu. i havent managed to find that yet).
4. Wenduag - Auto
5. Woljif - Basement of The tavern
6. Ember - Act 1 market Square
7. Neino - Act 1 Market Square
8. Daeran - Act 1 Mansion
9. Sosiel - Act 2 Crusader camp
10. Regil - Act 2, Event to Help the Hellknights OTW to drezen
11. Staunton Vhane - Act 2 (Litch or Aeon Path).
12. Delamere - Act 3 Temple of Erastil (Litch only)
13. Ciar - Act 3 - Litch only.
14. Trevor - Act 4 (Convince Sosiel at every turn, his brother was a victim. Avoid options that indicate he was a hero, or a traitor.)
15. Queen Galfrey - Act 5 Angel Only, or Litch.
16. Arushaele Act 2/3 - Can access her early if you learned the song of elysium in act 1 Market square by saving the priests of densa, and by completing the hidden densa puzzle in the lost church map before attacking Drezen, and choosing to enter Drezen via the secret path via the Prison.
17. Greybor - Act 3, Complete the Dragon Hunt quest. Pay him Oodles of gold.
18. Aivu - Act 3, Azata Path only. Recruited as party of your Mythic progression. Fills a pet slot, but largely functions as a character. It feels partially implemented, as you cant pick any feats for them, and the like 1-2 feats he DOES get, are really bad. Over all tho, hes got solid damage, defense, and a good selective breath weapon. Hopefully owlcat Does more with Them. Be warned - he gets you locked into arguably the most difficult encounter in the game in act 4 Where you have to fight the ENTIRE slave market, but my god is it satisfying to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ eradicate those scumbags. Also you get a cool Mephistolies cutscene afterward..
19. Finnean - Act 1 Magic Shop. Its unclear if you can ever free Finean from being a sword, and to be an actual party member.
20. Nurah (adding her here, because people have claimed she's available on the trickster path, but i havent had time to explore that.
21. Kestoglyr - Act 4 - Litch Only. Dual Scimitar Heavy armor Fighter. Starts at level 3.

I'm convinced that there is some way to recruit Nurah. I think she's a demon/devil path exclusive. I'm thinking you might have to Lock her up, and then release her in the later acts? anyone find the final friendo?

As a Good player, you can get 12/16 of the playable characters at once. as a litch or swarm, you lose a LOT of your companions.

Yes - you have to Trick him into attacking your ziggurat as a litch; hes one of the four recruitable undead

I heard Aizu, or Ainu (the cute dragon) is a companion for Azata.

Also heard somewhere that Nurah redeemable for Trickster. (Not sure if its recruitable)

I was able to redeem staunten but never recruit him as aeon.

As an Azata, i can confirm Aizu is real. he's a monster, and you can ride him at Mythic 5. everything points to him getting MUCH stronger as mythic levels progress. He seems to get about 5 levels per mythic rank. E.G. at M5 hes level 20, has an unavoidable breath weapon, Several useful spells like remove paralysis, and has massive HP/AC/Movement(60base). Hes an absolute monster mage/archer assassin.

For anyone curious about number 14 - hes a total PITA to get, and if you ♥♥♥♥ up at all, hes gone. He basically has a floating pool of 4 Points, that dictates how hes viewed by the concerned NPC, and picking anything but the correct choice 3/4 times, locks him out as a recruitable. Sadly you get him at level 14, and hes got arguably a 2 level dip into paladin thats useless, but hes a FANTASTIC 2h Warrior base otherwise.

His classes are Two Handed Fighter(6), Armored Hulk(4), Hellknight(3), Paladin(2). Putting him in a VERY nice spot to take 1 Paladin for Disease/fear Immunity, 1 Hulk for Armored Swiftness, 1 Fighter for Backswing, and leaving 3 levels for either more Fighter for feats, or drop hulk and take 4 fighter, and convert him into a trip ♥♥♥♥♥, but hes far better set up for being a Cornugon Smash build

What are Ciar stats. I missed him as a lich. I chosed path of Lich in dialogue and he just died

He's a Level 11 Cavalier, with INCREDIBLY high str.

Aivu - Chose Azata at the end of Act 2

Greybor - Hire in act 2 for dragonhunt. Hire again at the end of Dragonhunt.

I've been told Nurah can be recruited by Tricksters only?

THere's two more undead companions. One in act 4 I believe, and one in act 5 in the mines.
