longer queue time

Is it just me or we all having way much longer game matching time on all game modes. For me it's 5 mins+ for every game and sometime it just canceled my matching? Help please?

For me i can only play solo mode with AI, when i try play with people i can't found any match.

I'm having the same problem.
What's weird is my friends matchmaking almost instantly. But once I joined the lobby, we are all unable to find a match.

I wasn't encountered this until recent. I just cannot find a single match whatsoever.

I think it's shadowbanning.

I asked my friend to login my account. Then this problem also happens to him. It's account related.

I'll just open a ticket see if they can confirm.

So Nexon said they did not see anything that would suggest shadowbanning. I provided some key timestamps for their dev team go dive deeper.

They seem to escalate my ticket to "senior gm". Hopefully they can figure out the issue. I'll just wait.

This isn't a technical issue. The reason why you can't get matches is because no one is playing this game anymore outside of Korea. Queue times for most of the day are going to be 5+ minutes long, maybe 2-3 mins during optimal times. If you wan't consistent matches then you need to live in a region that gets less than 100 ping to Korea so that you can play with Koreans who use the optimal ping setting.

I dunno? (my only guess would be hidden account mmr). I have been playing Kartrider for years and am in a community of people that play the game from the West and all over the world. The only people who are able to get matches are the people who live close to Korea.

I guess it is possible that you are experiencing some kind of shadow ban, but as far as I am aware there is no such thing going on. I think if you were going to be banned then they would just slap you with the 30 day ban or a perma ban instead of a shadow ban.

I would assume there's some sort of shadow ban going around because my wife can play this game just a bit longer matching time (2~3 mins), we are using the same wifi connection under the same roof but I can't match a single game at all. Or mayble Nexon trying to match same license level players and there not enough L2 license players? I don't have a clue.

Before Grand Prix was released, the normal match making had a hidden MMR system that limited who you could race with based on map times. It is possible that they brought that system back since no one plays Grand Prix and that is why some people are getting matches and others aren't. Honestly though, my guess is that the game is just a buggy mess.

They seem to updated this link. There was no "Abnormal Play Behavior" list before.

But I did not do anything cheating. This is really frustrating. I even bought a racing pass this season.

I'm asking for a removal but the chance is slim.

Thank you for the info. I'm not on any lists but still couldn't find a match.
I dunno if it's a ban, ping or mmr issue. I had a decal that was removed from the market, unfairly imo, just a plain skull. Other than that, some disconnects/streaks.
Uninstalled, wasn't here for kdrama.
