I am using z820 work station with win10 and 64g ram, I think the issues shouldn't be my PC.

Hello!

Try disabling the optimization of HD clips in the program settings. It can help solve the problem.

Also, slowdown of the work on projects can occur during the autosave of the project. If the project is stored on the HDD, autosave takes a long time. Try transferring the project you work with to an SSD, if you have one. It should speed up the program when editing lengthy projects too.

I have the same problem, the auto-save feature can be helpful but on the other hand, makes this app lag. why in every move there's auto-saving? this is ANNOYING. can you make auto-saving in every 1 or 5 minutes as Microsoft office does? at least not in every single move, auto-save running.
