Hello!
First of all, you need to make sure that your source files have a video codec supported by our program.
Please read carefully the list of all supported codecs on the following page:
Supported formats[www.movavi.com]
If you find the format and codec of your source files in this list, please, contact our support team (Open Movavi official website, click on "Support Center" and then "Submit a request") and describe the problem in detail. We will be glad to help you.
Best regards,
Movavi team.
Becuase i am opening some files recored with Nvidia shadowplay just fine, but some is just audio, recorded with the same program but Movavi treats the files differently even if the file spesification say they are similar.
Could you let us know what video codec the source problematic files have?
Its not Movavi`s fault its Battlefield V that does not work correctly with NVidia shadowplay. Every other game captured with Nvidia shadowplay shows video and audio in Movavi, its only battlefield V that does not show video and only audio.
