Does Movavi Video editor have the following features? (Narration, video overlay, etc)

1. Narration tools so I can do voice over a video.
2. Text and image overlay, can I add my own images, or can I only add ones included in the software?
3. Can I play a video, and save it in reverse?
4. Does the software require me to be online to use it?
5. Can I do video overlay? Basically playing one video in the background with another video in the foreground?
6. Does it allow you to have a layout, with a video playing in the middle, like a fancy graphic surrounding the video?
