Shooting Sling not working on PlayStation controller PC?

I can't seem to use the sling to fire anything. When using the R2 button on a PlayStation controller, I can only aim; the R2 button does not charge or fire. (I can confirm that my R2 button functions normally on other games.) I gave it a try with a keyboard and mouse, and it worked just well.

Try the Dualsense with a cable and disable any Steam controller emulation. Works for me this way.

On the PC GamePass Version, no hard tension on the R2 or L2 on my DualSense (wired) in this game !

Adjust the soft trigger to right trigger and you'll be fine.

Have you fixed this yet? Works well for me and i use a controller to craft as i forget the key bindings for mouse and keyboard.

Well, not really, but yes. I use JoyToKey to input keyboard and mouse using the controller. So I set R2 to be left click. Works perfectly.
