I agree with all of you, A Plague Tale is medieval time, and it should remain medieval.
this was an idea about the game set in future (following a 800 year cycle, the first was Basilius (540 AD), 2nd was Hugo (1350 AD), the third may be someone in 2150 AD, what we see in the end anyway.
Personally I would much rather want the franchise to remain in this timeline, as the whole rat infestation makes sense then, rat infestation in future, quite unlikelly to happen.
"Plague Team" doesn't mean new Plague Tale game. It can be something other with same mechanics... but we will keep fingers crossed for next APT game.
