A real shame, as this seemed like a Studio to watch. But hopefully in time they can bring it around.
Everything on High but Draw Distance and Shadow Maps.
Doing so, the game runs at 45-60FPS most of the time.

This person tested it extensively with a gtx1060 ( I had a 1060 as well, before I got my 5700xt, which has served me well for years) with various settings and nice explanations along the way.
Even though the 1060 is no longer in my PC, I enjoyed watching the video, it was quite interesting to watch.
I highly advise anyone looking for a GPU upgrade, assuming you have a 1060 or lower, to go for either 3050 or 3060. The least you could do is turning on DLSS for more fps with minimal visual sacrifices.
I've seen many CPU/GPU combos struggle with running the game, so it's better to wait until the devs fix the stutters.
