-Spoiler- Amicia's ridiculous haircut ruined the epilogue for me.
Actually could not stop laughing. Looking like Justin Bieber mixed with a third wave feminist. Wtf lmao. I was waiting for her to dye her hair blue and start screeching about the patriarchy.

Pixie cuts are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly. Plz. God. Why.

Personally i don't mind at all, hairs grow back with time so no big deal, i prefered much more her style with long hair/ponytail ofc, but she's still only 16 at the end and i'm convinced there's a symbolic behind the way her hairs get cut.

Yeah, she looks like she has just left an insane asylum.

Devs could have made Sophia ask her why she cut the rest of her hairs, just for a concrete answer, maybe it was as simple as just because she wanted to make her hairs grow back the same length everywhere with time.

Whatever the reason or even if there's no reason behind, you gotta treat people with respect. :LIS_butterfly:

Are you...simping for an imaginary 16 year old girl? Jesus.

Her hair was all kinds of trashed by the end. Makes total sense why she cut the rest of it off.
It's the typical "i'm suffering" hair cut, she can wear it, looks like Natalie Portman.

You have to remember that a year goes by at the end there. She had plenty of time to regrow her hair decently. The Count's removal of her hair was symbolic...there are multiple cultures where you grow your hair in a ponytail, or a segment of hair you braid, and it stands for something of valued importance. Example: You lose someone in your life you cared for deeply, and grow a portion of your hair in remembrance of them, to be cut off when you end your grief, or even not at all. It can be a sign of some goal you want to achieve that, when attained, you can symbolically cut it off to bury the locks. It's also the sign of a warrior's strength...the Count cutting her tail off was removing her pride, letting her know she is no match for him. It was an act to shame Amicia before he would kill her.

That said, yes her hair was trashed by the end, but she had a whole year to regrow it at least to shoulder length. It was developer choice to keep her more masculine looking at the end. I wasn't a fan of this. I feel like she hasn't healed at all and the hair stood as a testament to this...and who among us would heal after this ending anyway?

It's funny when gamers complain about ridiculous stuff, like this

You clearly did not understand the significance behind her losing her hair throughout the game. First one half with her head injury was going with the scar she had, showing she was impacted by it, needed to heal from it. Then the other half was to make it even (make sense). The Count cutting her ponytail was clearly to humiliate her and also because back in the days, a woman with short hair was not seen well at all so it was humiliation and punishment. Her having her hair cut at the end isn't because of "Looking like Justin Bieber mixed with a third wave feminist. Wtf lmao. I was waiting for her to dye her hair blue and start screeching about the patriarchy.", it's not about some woke ♥♥♥♥ you're trying to pull out. It's about showing that she is still recovering, trying to go on with her life after loosing Hugo and losing pretty much everything since the first game, it shows that she is still full of scars, trauma and the hair is a physical way of showing her internal scars.

Moreover, if a woman character having short hair in a video game is a problem for you then you're the problem, not the game nor the developpers.

I also wonder why, in 14th century they already had K-pop hairstyle in France already?

This was my first reaction too but I thought about it for a few seconds and although I dislike this hair"style" it's okay. She can grow it back anytime, she lives alone in the mountains, the years of fighting made her more practical inclined, etc.
There are like a dozen reasons why she has her hair this way and pretty much the only reason against it would be our taste - which does not matter in the slightest.
