Haptic feedback

I've stumbled upon an article which tells that ps5 version will get haptic feedback support. Are there plans to implement it on PC as well for those who use dualsense gamepad on PC?

Haptics are implemented. Connect it via USB, disable Steam input as well.

I was having issues with haptic feedback not working and found out why. Make sure you don't disable the speakers for the controller in sound control panel or it won't work. It's fine to disable the mic. I like to clean out my sources, and disable ones i don't use. I didn't even have to disable steam input

Yep this. Honestly the second I started feeling the haptics I was happy. Not as good as the menu haptics in DEATHLOOP, but almost there.

I have a ps5 scuf controller. I will not be using it if has it though. Vibrates way too much and the trigger stuff can be annoying. I usually turn it the features off lol.

It works, plug Dual sense via usb. Don't use steam input emulation as it often screws up native DS implementations.

Playing on Gamepass with Dualsense conected via USB and it has support for Dualsense, as it shows the controller on the Control tab and as you start the game you feel the Haptic feedback right away, but it doens't have a tab to turn off or anything like that if anyone is wondering. Also getting 60-110 fps on everything ultra 1080p 16:9 (no ray tracing avaible yet it seems, or its baked in on ultra maybe?) with a 3060ti.

PS: If you are waiting for the game to unlock via gamepass, you can just switch on windows your region to NZ and it will unlock for you.

No tension in the R2 or L2 on my DualSense in the game (PC GamePass version).
Do you have anything in these R2/L2 triggers ?

I have the haptic vibes, but nothing on the R2/L2...
Normal ?

(using of course my Dualsens hardwired in USb to my PC).

Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers both work on my controller. It's the best use of DualSense features I've ever seen. The haptic feedback is so detailed that you feel the effect of individual rocks at different areas of the controller. When you run into the bushes, you can feel the effect of each strand of grass that brushes up against her skin. The insane amount of detail is just mind boggling. One of the best controller experiences in gaming.

how about gamepass version ? i played this game last night but connect my Dualsense via 8bitdo dongle not the usb cable

Works perfectly on GamePass version (which I'm playing on). No third party software required. Make sure you have Steam off as well. It has a tendency to interfere with games that have built in Dual Sense integration.

Steam open : maybe this was the reason why I have no adaptive trigers and only haptic feedback on my DualSense with this game on my PC GP version.
I will test it with Steam off...

The riggers work fine. When using say slingshot. If you really want some kick ,try voicemeeter and cranks up the bass.Vibrations everywhere.

I'm playing on PC Game Pass too and have Haptic Feedback. Controller needs to be wired.
