USER DISABLED
This company will take your money (7000 credits in the last 14 days) and then disable accounts for me (ThatHedgehog) and my wife (JulieCornetto) for no reason at all. There is no customer support, they never reply to emails.

after about 10 emails to every email address I can find for WGT absolutely ZERO RESPONSE

If you made both those accounts from the same email address, that is probs why. Their T & C's consider that as "multi-accounts" , which is not allowed.

it was different emails from the same Steam Account, still no response from them

I would be interested to find out how you resolved it as a close mate had the same problem except they suspended his two sons accounts that they had also invested in and upgraded themselves. Sent them identity documents to prove it was not duplicate accounts with separate mail addresses but they simply don't respond. They lost about 40k in credits and allot of time wasted.

They removed one of our accounts as we had one each. Then about 2 weeks later they removed the other one and wrote that we were a 'charade', they never replied back to our reply. Their Customer Service is worse than appalling. The main account we lost was a level 89 Legend, so not something new.

Keep away from these pathetic charlatans.

Their T's and C's State that playing tournaments with more than ! account is serious. I never played a tourney in my life,yet they took my account,the 1 i had bought clubs for. I will never spend another cent on these jokers.

https://www.valleyofthesuncc.com/f57-some-of-our-friends-deleted-but-not-forgotten . Is a link to more examples of your dilemma . I was an owner of a CC for over 6 years . I saw over a dozen legit players disabled . Support there is horrendous . Good luck to you .
