Why can't I log in?
tried to play today and keep getting error: User_Disabled, what is wrong? How do I fix it?

What is the email to send to? I also have a log in problem on Steam, see following: For the last two days, when I click on the game it only comes up with a little bar header of the game. I can minimize and close the game, but not maximize. So, I can't get into the game and play. My other Steam games do work. Anyone else have this problem? Please advise.
