"Beastmasters ambushed" quest not in wiki?

Unfortunately I forgot to screenshot the rewards, but when I checked the wiki there was no such quest.
A huge map where you have to run across it without retreating and you are getting attacked both by huge swarms of swampers and beasts (and they don't attack each other). I barely managed to escape with one dude and got some nice loot out of trouble, as well as one of the beastmasters even though both died in the actual mission

Some people recommend you just turtle up and kill the waves. It's up to you.

If its finite then for sure turtling up was better, I just went in blindly and wasted 5 medicine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I realize that, but it's less active/updated than those for peer games.

On Veteran difficulty, DPS-ing down the horde was easier and safer. I've yet to try this mission in Desolation though.

Would work for me on epic as well, neither beasts nor swampers have any counterplay to "build a fort in corner of the map and have mr. Spearman hold the entrance indefinitely" strategy, especially if you can grab one of the beastmasters and slow 'em down with tamed beasts.

Well, considering it's community run, anyone who has an issue with that can also help fix it himself.

Beast master is always easier to just kill the beasts instead of running

This mission got fun on epic in zone 3 and 4 when it's forsnacken, not swampers. I think I may have played one with necroreavers too. I always run, because it's both more difficult and faster. Just keep moving and only engage enemies to the right of you, and whatever fast mobs (porcupines) catch up. I usually evac with no losses and the beast horde 1-2 turns behind me. Using tamed beasts as distractions is useful as well.
