I prefer quick reflexes since critical awareness can be achieved by equip fast thinker on someone with critical focus.
Do remember that quick reflex require your guy to get hit (blocking doesnt count) so make sure your urtuk dont die while tanking.
I did end up taking Quick Reflex, but I am having him get shielded all the times. So I didn't realize utilize it, I guess. Thanks for reminding me! ;)
Quick reflex is great once your unit got enough standing power without babysitting.
For urtuk special you can reroll them if you save often enough (non ironman of course) usually I try to get karrwla speed / lyncher / mind of a genius since those are more rare.
I see; I will look for it in future runs. But then you'd have to save after every fight basically, right? ;)
Nope, trait come at specific day ( i think 50-100-170 ?)
Some traits are just wayyyyy better than the other haha, it's a single player game so your choice to do it or not.
Ah, ok; then you can plan indeed. So there are just 3 extra traits?
But definetly not a superb one on a player unit.
Quick reflexes is passive but is one of the best Mutator around for melee units. since it does couple of things. pushes you up in the order.. when you get hit. aside from negate the slow effect of many weapons which would normally push you way down in the turn order.
Critical Awareness is pretty powerful on a unit with a Disengagement Mutation, especially if you stack them with a lot of alpha strike. It's nice being able to drop 3 units before they can move.
