How to Cheatly unlock all the mutators?

over 200 hrs... rather not play and beat every campaign for mutators, any1 has their global file that can copy and paste here so i can insta unlock all those sweet sweet goodies?

I wish we could start with more than 3 mutators - why not enough to fill every slot on the starting 3? ;)

I suppose you could ask the people over at Nexus, someone might have an idea about how to tweak the code to that effect. No, I don't know why that's the first place I thought of. Maybe it's because all the most random non-supported mods seem to come from there.
