How does Lyncher work?
"Damage is increased 10% when your Focus reaches maximum." So is this a permanent battle buff that you get once you get your first maximum Focus? If so, does it stack every time you get Focus or just once?

Or is it a 10% damage increase on the next attack after you reach maximum Focus?

It lasts throughout the whole battle. Pretty powerful in late game and it could happen multiple times per turn.
