Improve Climbing Mechanics

Replace the "grab rocks" with fully climbable surfaces. The method in the video is an old VR trick to have pre-placed rocks to grab. VR is now progressed to having all or most surfaces climbable at any point. If you want to distinguish between rock and vegetation and make only rock climbable that would be acceptable, but all rock should be climbable.
